Client Information Form

To Proceed with your Purchase, you need to fill out the Client Information Form below.
It takes three minutes

Once submitted, our team will reach out to you within a few hours to discuss the next few easy steps.

We will work with the builder and discuss the options available at this specific time in terms of units/lots available, style of elevation, the finishing choices, etc.

We will also then discuss getting you approved for a mortgage, the payment/deposit structures coming up for you, the occupancy/closing date (Delivery Date) and request the builder to grant you a fair amount of time to review the upcoming documents with your lawyer for a freehold home.

In Ontario, you have what's known as the 10-day cooling-off period. Under Section 73 of the Condominium Act, pre-construction purchasers are allowed a MANDATORY cooling-off period for Condominiums only during which you can rescind the pre-construction Agreement of Purchase and Sale for any reason.

This benefits the purchaser as they have extra time to consider their purchase (when they are purchasing condominiums and some townhomes).

In some instances, the builder does NOT grant a cooling off period for some freehold homes meaning that the signed Agreement of Purchase and Sale is FIRM.

We would discuss this furthermore as soon as we receive this Client Information Form from you.

After our discussion, be then prepared to accept and sign the binding Agreement of Purchase and Sale that will be sent to you.

Just remember, we represent your interest, the buyer/purchaser. We do not represent the builder directly. We get compensated from the builder afterwards.

Submitting this form does not guarantee or secure you a property. Having an accepted confirmation on the Agreement of Purchase and Sale does!

** For your concern, we also do not distribute any of your information to any third party. It comes directly to a licensed Real Estate agent from Homelife Professionals Realty Inc Brokerage who is governed under the Real Estate Council of Ontario Board.
